Heavy duty self-feeding horizontal grinder for the toughest applications

The Heavy Duty Scrap Grinder is designed to efficiently process the most demanding wood scrap:  2x8s 2x12s, disassembled pallet lumber and more. Available in 30" and 42" widths.

 Key Features
  • 36” rotor diameters operated at 1,800 RPM to produce high hammer tip speed.
  • Long wearing, heavy duty grates in sizes from ¾” to 2”.
  • Heavy plate construction, featuring 2” thick side walls and internal replaceable wear plates throughout.
  • Twin internal flywheels
  • Optional electronic or hydraulic feed roll assembly with counterbalance for consistent in-feed as needed for heavier applications.
  • Optional vibratory in-feed conveyor.
  • Optional self-cleaning magnets, material handling fan and customized electrical controls are standard.
