AUTOMATIC WOOD SCRAP BATCH FEEDER

Unscrambles and meters wood scrap to grinders for unattended operation

Designed to reduce energy and labor costs,  the Automatic Wood Scrap Batch Feeder allows for unattended "drop and go" operation.  After receiving scrap through a large hopper, the Batch Feeder automatically unscrambles and transfers material to the in feed conveyor of a wood grinder.

Staggered arrangement of  drag chain flights provide even metering thus eliminating jams caused by overfeeding. Variable speed drive is standard allowing the proper feed rate for the type of material being processed.
