Non-refundable deposit of 50% with order placement due upon receipt of invoice, and the balance plus any applicable freight and forwarding charges when notified the equipment is ready for shipment.

Please note that our production lead time estimates are based on the actual date on which we receive your Purchase Order and deposit/ letter of credit.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to consult with a qualified electrician to confirm that their facility has the necessary electrical service to operate the equipment.

The final Schutte Hammermill Quotation contains the itemized price list and total amount due for payment. Please consult your Schutte Hammermill representative for pricing.

VERZENDING PUNT

Tenzij anders vermeld, standard shipping point shall be FCA Schutte Hammermill in Buffalo, NY. Alle rechten en titel aan apparatuur overdracht aan de koper bij aflevering aan de vervoerder.

LEVERING

The acceptance of shipment by common carrier shall constitute a delivery to the purchaser and Schutte Hammermill shall not be responsible for Equipment damaged or lost in transit.

FOUTEN

Typografische en administratieve fouten zijn onder voorbehoud van correctie.

VORDERINGEN

Als de claims van de koper apparatuur niet zo besteld, he or she must notify Schutte Hammermill within 30 days of delivery. Equipment may not be returned without the written consent of Schutte Hammermill and the issuance Return Authorization Number issued by the Schutte Hammermill Customer Service Department. De Return Authorization Number moet worden aangebracht aan de apparatuur die wordt geretourneerd.

SPECIFICATIE

Standard Equipment will be supplied in accordance with the final Schutte Hammermill Quotation and description in the Schutte Hammermill Operations Manual.

ANNULERING

In het geval van annulering of uitstel van betaling van de leveringen op een order, de koper aanvaardt directe aansprakelijkheid voor enig voltooide deel van de bestelling, enig materiaal of tooling uitgevoerd werk, en kan worden gevraagd voor onmiddellijke betaling van de kosten die betrokken zijn.

KREDIET

Schutte Hammermill may refuse to make shipment unless previous invoices have been honored and satisfactory credit has been established.

GEBRUIK

The uses to which Schutte Hammermill Equipment is put are solely within the discretion and responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Purchaser of standard and custom Equipment assumes any and all liability arising out of or in any way connected with the use of such standard or custom Equipment and hereby agrees to indemnify Schutte Hammermill for any liability in connection therewith.

TERMINATION

If the Buyer terminates this Agreement or otherwise defaults and/or fails to perform prior to the delivery date (a “Novation”), the Company is entitled to all customer deposits/down payments billed or received plus the value of work performed to date in excess of customer deposits/down payments billed or received. Work performed to date constitutes labor services rendered and materials used or ordered, plus a profit margin, through the date of Novation.
