“HOG”ERIZER PALLET AND PALLET SCRAP GRINDER

Full size, high production pallet and wood scrap grinder

No other wood grinder more thoroughly and completely grinds whole or partial pallets, removes all nails and screws and conveys the product to storage than the Hogerizer. With capacities up to 10 TPH the Hogerizer reduces pallets to a finely ground mulch in a single pass. Hump tunnel magnets remove all nails and the powerful material handling fan conveys the clean material to storage. Our custom designed electrical controls package provides for entire system start up and shut down with the push of a single button. Built in system logic sequentially starts and stops each piece of the equipment in the system at just the right time. Available in three standard sizes, the Hogerizer easily processes pallets, individual boards, doors, truss plant lumber, lumberyard scrap and more.
