Unscrambles and meters wood scrap to grinders for unattended operation
Designed to reduce energy and labor costs, the Automatic Wood Scrap Batch Feeder allows for unattended "drop and go" operation. After receiving scrap through a large throat and feed opening, the Batch Feeder automatically unscrambles and transfers material to the in feed conveyor of a wood grinder.
Staggered arrangement of drag chain flights with replaceable wear strips providing even metering and eliminating jams and overflowing. Variable speed drive is standard allowing the proper feed settings for the type of material being processed.
